Ce qui le présente comme une urgence sanitaire d’envergure mondiale.Au Sénégal, le premier cas COVID 19 a été diagnostiqué le 02 mars 2020, coïncidant avec la date de la validation par le chef de l’Etat du Sénégal du plan de préparation à la riposte COVID 19 .
Budget Approuvé pour l’année 2022 au Sénégal
Since the year 2020 the Senegalese country has brought an innovation in terms of public budget: the creation of “Budget – Program” because from 1960 to 2020, the budget was organized per chapter and titles referring to the descriptions of resources provided to institutions, ministries, directions and so forth, that was called “the average budget”. The innovation here is to gather the actions of every minister per program based on the expected results in one year with projections in three years.
